Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

✔ Defects or Manufacturing Problems

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and include all original tags, dust bags, and packaging.

✔ Change of Mind, Color, or Size

  • You may request an exchange or refund within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

❌ Not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that are used or damaged not due to manufacturing defects.
  • Items without original packaging or missing tags.
  • Requests submitted after the 14-day or 2-day window.

Refunds

  • Refunds are always issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Confirmation will be sent once your refund is processed.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
  • Exchanges are shipped as a new order, using the same shipping method as the original order.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Request Approval – Contact us within the eligible time frame via Instagram DM or our website contact form. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Provide Photos – Send us clear photos of the product’s condition and packaging. This helps us verify eligibility before the item is sent back.
  3. Return to Warehouse – Once approved, send the item back to our affiliate warehouse in its complete original packaging (tags, dust bag, box, protective wrap).
  4. Inspection – After we receive the product, our team inspects it to confirm eligibility.
  5. Refund/Exchange Issued –
    • Refund: Processed directly to your original payment method.
    • Exchange: Shipped to you as a new order.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure the product is returned in its full original packing – this is required to process refunds and exchanges.
  • For change of mind, size, or color requests, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • For defects or manufacturing problems, Eye On Bags covers the return shipping cost.

1. In-Stock Items

You may request a return within 48 hours of receiving the product if:

Refunds will be issued after inspection.

2. By-Order / Special Order Items

Items marked “By Order” or pre-ordered cannot be returned or refunded, as they are ordered specifically for the customer.
A deposit (if required) is non-refundable once the order is processed.

3. Wrong or Defective Item

If you receive:

Please contact us within 24 hours with photos/video.
We will offer replacement, exchange, or partial refund depending on availability.

4. Refund Time

Refunds for eligible orders are processed within 5–10 working days via the same payment method.
