Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
✔ Defects or Manufacturing Problems
- You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Item must be unused, in original condition, and include all original tags, dust bags, and packaging.
✔ Change of Mind, Color, or Size
- You may request an exchange or refund within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Item must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.
❌ Not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items that are used or damaged not due to manufacturing defects.
- Items without original packaging or missing tags.
- Requests submitted after the 14-day or 2-day window.
Refunds
- Refunds are always issued to your original payment method.
- Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Confirmation will be sent once your refund is processed.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
- Exchanges are shipped as a new order, using the same shipping method as the original order.
Return & Exchange Process
- Request Approval – Contact us within the eligible time frame via Instagram DM or our website contact form. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Provide Photos – Send us clear photos of the product’s condition and packaging. This helps us verify eligibility before the item is sent back.
- Return to Warehouse – Once approved, send the item back to our affiliate warehouse in its complete original packaging (tags, dust bag, box, protective wrap).
- Inspection – After we receive the product, our team inspects it to confirm eligibility.
- Refund/Exchange Issued –
- Refund: Processed directly to your original payment method.
- Exchange: Shipped to you as a new order, with tracking provided.
