If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered (wrong model or color), you may request an exchange or replacement.
✔ Defective or Manufacturing Fault
If your item has a verified manufacturing defect, you may request an exchange or refund.

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Item Condition Requirements:
The item must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- With all original tags attached
- With dust bags, box, and full packaging intact
- With security tags not removed
Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of the request.
Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

All sales are considered final unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued when:
- A defective item is confirmed, and
- A replacement item is not available
Refund Details:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider
- You will receive confirmation once the refund is processed
Exchanges
If your request is approved:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued
- Exchange items are shipped as a new order

- Clear description of the issue
- Photos or video of the product and packaging
Step 2 — Approval Required
Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility before any return is sent.
Returns sent without approval may be rejected.
Step 3 — Return Shipment
Once approved:
- Send the item to our designated warehouse
- Ensure all packaging is complete and protected
Return Shipping Responsibility:
- If the item is defective or incorrect, Eye On Bags covers return shipping
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
Step 4 — Inspection
After receiving the item, our team will inspect it to verify:
- Product condition
- Packaging completeness
- Reported issue
Step 5 — Resolution
Once verified:
- Exchange: Replacement item shipped
OR - Refund: Issued to original payment method
Special Order / By-Order Items
Items marked “By Order”, Pre-Order, or Special Order:
- Cannot be canceled
- Cannot be returned
- Cannot be refunded
These items are purchased specifically for the customer.
Any required deposit is non-refundable once the order is processed.
Important Notes
- Always keep the original packaging until you confirm satisfaction with your purchase
- Removing tags or security labels voids return eligibility
- Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted
- Slight color variations due to lighting or screen differences are not considered defects
